Regenerative farming is a sustainable agriculture approach that focuses on restoring soil health, increasing biodiversity, and improving ecosystem resilience. It goes beyond sustainability by actively enhancing the land through practices like cover cropping, no-till farming, rotational grazing and agroforestry. These methods help capture carbon, improve water retention and create healthier, more productive farms while reducing reliance on synthetic inputs.
